Service is Billed for 4 stops a month, sometimes there are 5 Saturdays, therefore we come 52 times a year but bill for 4 stops only. This leaves 4 free visits or 4 credit days to be flexible. In case of rainout or holidays or if your service day falls on Christmas or thanksgiving we will try to make it up. If we can’t, please be flexible on the 4 extra days of the year. The monthly charge will not change unless we miss two visits in one month.
