Plaster resurface

Plaster has a 10 to 15 year life and comes with a 1 year warranty. Plaster is made of crushed white marble and white cement. The thickness is usually 1/2″ to 3/4″ and usually does not last as long as the original application. Plaster is very susceptable to chemistry changes causing staining or discoloring. The cost of plaster is about 15% less than tile, so some may chose plaster as a cheaper solution over tile or pebble tech for an old pool surface.
