They are available in whichever colors you like. Here’s what you should know before pool light installation :

Pool lighting types

  • Flush-mounted underwater LED pool lights: Because these pool lights are embedded into the wall of your swimming pool, they should be installed beside your pool. Otherwise, they may be difficult to install afterwards.
  • Underwater halogen pool lights that are flush-mounted: These are identical to the LED variety. The only distinction is the type of light bulb used. LEDs last longer and require less maintenance, but halogen lights are less expensive to purchase and replace.
  • Surface-mounted underwater LED pool lights: They can be used to replace or upgrade existing pool lights. They are not in line with the wall and are more prone to breaking because they are not a part of it.
  • Surface-mounted underwater halogen pool lights: These lights perform the same functions as the led pool lights  but use halogen bulbs instead.
  • Pool garden lighting: These pool lights are installed around the perimeter of your swimming pool and shine light down into the water. They can also be put in the surrounding garden.
  • LED flood lighting: Flood lights are enormous square lights that can cast direct and intense light over selected areas. These are ideal for seeing what’s inside your pool at night.
  • Halogen flood lighting: Similar to LED flood lighting, halogen flood lighting employs halogen light bulbs.
  • Feature lighting: Feature lighting refers to light fixtures that are added to particular areas of your pool to add color and brightness. They provide the most flexibility in terms of placement and color.
  • Submersible lighting: LED lighting that floats on the surface or sinks and submerges itself in water is known as submersible lighting.
